บทคัดย่อ

Reducing postharvest losses in vegetables.

Well managed postharvest activities for vegetables lead to higher yields and profits to producers. In order to reduce postharvest losses, vegetables should be harvested at the correct stage of maturity. Proper packing materials and cooing facilities are required for transportation. Reference is made to the situation in Bangladesh.
