บทคัดย่อ

Physiology of minimally processed fresh vegetables.

A new respirometer to measure the influence of temperature and gas mixtures on gas exchange in plant tissues is described. The instrument was tested on mushrooms and endive shoots and results are presented. Modelling of modified atmospheres is discussed.
