บทคัดย่อ

Cool storage of Fantasia nectarines.

Storage trials found that Fantasia nectarines have a potential cold-storage life (at 0 deg C) of >3 weeks. Treatments such as temperature conditioning before storage under a high-CO2 atmosphere failed to delay or prevent all symptoms of cold-storage breakdown disorder. RNA amounts were studied and it was concluded that at least some ripening-related genes retained the ability to be expressed during cold storage.
