บทคัดย่อ
The effects of 4 different commercial calcium formulations on kiwifruit quality were examined. These formulations were applied at 15-day intervals from the end of July until mid-October. The effects of dipping harvested fruits in one of these formulations (Frubel) were also examined. None of the treatments increased fruit calcium content. Frubel applied postharvest increased TSS at harvest and during storage.
