บทคัดย่อ

The postharvest phase of kiwifruit: global strategies for reducing losses and preserving quality.

Research undertaken on harvesting stage, prevention and control of storage diseases (mainly Botrytis cinerea and Phialophora spp.), curing treatments, storage, transport of fruit to new markets outside Europe, and fruit quality at the point of consumption is discussed.
