บทคัดย่อ

Characteristics of ethylene production in mangosteen fruits after impact.

Mangosteen fruits from a commercial orchard in eastern Thailand were dropped onto a concrete floor. Ethylene production decreased as the number of impacts suffered by a fruit increased. Damaged pericarp contained less ACC and had lower ACC synthase and ACC oxidase activities than non-damaged pericarp.
