บทคัดย่อ

Harvesting and cleaning beet.

Requirements for harvest and postharvest treatment of sugarbeet are discussed and tests carried out between 1978 and 1994 on sugarbeet cleaner-loaders in Italy are briefly reported. A variety of machines is illustrated and various combinations of harvesters and loaders described. The performance of trailed and self-propelled cleaner-loaders is compared with that of a simple bucket loader.
