Rules for the integrated production of table grapes in Emilia-Romagna.

The rules for the integrated production of table grapes in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, are summarized. In the crop phase, obligatory and recommended techniques are described for the choice of variety, layout and preparation of the ground, form of rearing, density of planting, pruning, fertilization and irrigation. The choice of insecticides, acaricides, fungicides and herbicides is limited to those of low environmental impact. The permitted and non-permitted chemicals are listed. In the postharvest phase, details are given of the risks and preventive measures for each phase of transformation of the grapes obtained by integrated production.
