บทคัดย่อ

In vitro effectiveness of L-carvone against some pathogenic fungi of stored potatoes.

The in vitro effectiveness of a volatile monoterpene with anti-sprouting activity, L-carvone, against some pathogenic fungi of stored potatoes was evaluated. L-Carvone showed moderate to high inhibitory activity on the colony growth of Helminthosporium solani, Fusarium sambucinum [Gibberella pulicaris], F. solani and Phytophthora infestans, but was less effective against Botrytis cinerea.
