บทคัดย่อ

Problems and priorities of grain drying in Indonesia.

The current status of grain drying in Indonesia is discussed at various levels: farmers, cooperatives, private millers, collecting traders, feed industries, and seed processors. The performance of various grain drying systems operating in the field is also discussed. Constraints to the adoption of mechanical driers are analysed, and priorities for the future developments in grain drying are outlined.
