บทคัดย่อ

Grain quality problems in Asia.

The main grain quality problems in Asia are associated with delayed drying or inadequate drying methods, storage conditions, cultivar mixing and mislabelling, and the lack of incentives to farmers to improve grain quality. The effects of environment, processing and cultivar on grain quality at different steps in the postharvest system are tabulated.
