บทคัดย่อ

Models for gas exchange of fruit to use for forecasting.

Data are graphically presented on the postharvest O2 uptake and CO2 production by fruits of the apple cultivar Elstar, stored in CA storage at O2 concentrations up to 18% and CO2 concentrations between 8 and 14%. These data have applications for determining the optimum conditions for controlled atmosphere or ultra-low-oxygen storage and modified atmosphere packaging.
