บทคัดย่อ

Packaging for the fresh flower industry.

Changes in the UK flower market over the last 10-15 years in terms of size and trends, retailer profile, flower types and source are outlined. Different types of packaging used for flowers from UK growers, flowers from the Netherlands and flowers from outside the European Union and the use of cut flower foods are described. The development of environmentally friendly materials and practices is becoming increasingly important.
