The challenges of mycotoxin research and development work on foods and feedstuffs in the Philippines.

Research into preventing fungal and mycotoxin contamination in foods and feeds in the Philippines is reviewed, including detailed assessments of action needed, by sector and commodity. A framework is developed for mycotoxin research and development activities in the Philippines.
