Preharvest factors affecting postharvest quality of berry crops.

The effects of genotype, climate, nutrient and water management, cultural practices, pests and diseases and growth regulators on fruit quality in berry crops (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants, blueberries, cranberries, kiwifruits and grapes) are examined.
