Orchard factors affecting postharvest stone fruit quality.

The effects of mineral nutrition, foliar nutrient sprays, irrigation regimes, girdling, crop load and fruit canopy position on fruit quality and the incidence of internal breakdown in peaches, nectarines and plums are discussed.
