บทคัดย่อ

Grain post-production practices and loss estimates in South China.

Information on existing post-production operations for rice grain in Zhejiang province, including harvesting, threshing, cleaning, drying and storage was gathered and analysed. Grain losses, both quantitative and qualitative were compared with losses incurred when using different operating methods and suggestions for reducing the losses were put forward.
