บทคัดย่อ

The optimal timing for potato harvest to minimize pre and postharvest losses caused by rot (Fusarium sp.) of tubers.

Observations on the optimal timing for harvesting European and Cuban varieties of Desiree and the Canadian variety Red Pontiac to prevent rots caused by Fusarium sp. are summarized.
