บทคัดย่อ

Post-harvest systems development.

The development of post harvest systems analysis is reviewed. Results of a study on post harvest systems in Kenya for potatoes and sweet potatoes are presented. Ways in which system performance can be assessed are outlined along with the best way to organize programme intervention.
