บทคัดย่อ
The effects were investigated of different concentrations of polyoxin (at 75, 150 or 300 mg/litre) and culture supernatant of Bacillus subtilis (25, 50 or 100%) on rot fungi of fruits of longan cv. Shixia. Both treatments controlled Botryodiplodia. Control was more effective at high concentrations of the 2 treatments. Control using either treatment or a combination of both was effective for up to 30 days at 5 deg C. The combined treatment was more effective than using either treatment alone, and resulted in 4.7% fruit rot after 30 days cold storage compared with 33.7% in controls.
