บทคัดย่อ
The following aspects are considered: the storage atmosphere, changes in fruit composition during storage and the role of mineral elements. It is suggested that research should be focused on CA storage at low temperature, with low O2 and low ethylene, and maintaining firmness, acids and soluble solids contents. It is also noted that rootstocks can affect fruit quality; M.26 may be best for apples.
