บทคัดย่อ
Chemically modified konjac glucomannan powder was used to preserve fresh grapes and vegetables such as tomatoes and chillies. It effectively prevented deterioration due to reductions in water content and also kept grape clusters whole, which would greatly increase their commercial value.
