บทคัดย่อ

Rice post-harvest practices in Orissa, India.

Post-harvest operations in the rice milling industry in Orissa are reported. It was observed that of the total rice production, 76% was parboiled and 53% was milled using traditional hullers. The milling capacity and energy utilization of rice mills were compared with the actual paddy production.
