บทคัดย่อ

A summary of CA and MA requirements and recommendations for harvested vegetables.

A summary sheet is provided of controlled atmosphere (CA) and modified atmosphere (MA) requirements and recommendations for 34 vegetables, with information on temperature range, % O2 and % CO2. This is followed by more detailed information, with selected references, on some of these species (globe artichokes, asparagus, snap beans, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbages, Cantaloupe melons, cauliflowers, celery, cucumbers, crisphead lettuce, mushrooms, onions, Capsicum (bell and chilli) peppers, sweetcorn and tomatoes).
