บทคัดย่อ

NIR spectroscopy to evaluate postharvest fruit and vegetable quality.

The principles of near infrared reflectance (NIR) spectroscopy are explained and its potential use in determining the quality of horticultural produce is discussed. Examples are given relating to tomatoes, grapes, mushrooms and oranges.
