บทคัดย่อ

Spoilage of sweet potato tubers in tropics. III. Soft rot by Rhizopus oryzae L.

R. oryzae, a mucoraceous fungus, causes soft rot of sweet potato in storage. The optimum temperature for growth of the fungus in culture and on tubers was around 35 deg C while the favourable RH was 75-85%.
