บทคัดย่อ

Cooling plant with cold storage for fruit conditioning and vegetable processing premises.

This paper aims to find the optimum parameters for cold storage facilities to reduce the electrical requirements for cooling the air in buildings for postharvest fruit and vegetable storage. A cost analysis is presented.
