บทคัดย่อ

Postharvest management of agricultural products.

Postharvest losses in China are high due to the poor development of postharvest techniques, facilities, management and policies. Problems characterising the postharvest handling of agricultural products in China are discussed and areas of handling and storage techniques which might be improved in China are reviewed focusing on grading and packing, washing and precooling, cold storage, controlled atmosphere and modified atmosphere storage, food irradiation, and education and extension.
