บทคัดย่อ

Physiological aspect of postharvest handling conditions in horticultural crops.

The physiological responses of fruits and vegetables to conditions encountered during transit are considered, with reference to temperature, air composition (O2, CO2 and ethylene), humidity and vibration. Improvements in postharvest handling are discussed.
