บทคัดย่อ

Variables influencing farmers' aspirations for new post-harvest technologies in groundnut.

Based on a survey of 100 groundnut farmers from 100 villages in Kolar district, Karnataka, in 1997, this paper shows that greater communication of experiences is required if farmers' aspirations are to be raised regarding the outcomes of adopting new postharvest technologies. Factors positively influencing aspirations were found to be higher annual farm income and education levels.
