บทคัดย่อ

Postharvest behaviour of cut tuberose spikes as affected by chemicals.

Experiments were conducted to study the effect of various chemicals on postharvest life and quality of cut tuberose [Polianthes tuberosa] flowers. Boric acid (250 ppm), Al2(SO4)3 (50 ppm), CaCl2 (1000 ppm), AgNO3 (50 ppm), CoCl2 (25 ppm) and citric acid (400 ppm) were found beneficial for improving floret opening, flower diameter and vase life.
