บทคัดย่อ

Biological control of mould in feeds and foods.

A review is presented of the biological control of moulds in food and feeds. Topics dealt with include the mould problem in grain; the consumption of fossil fuels in grain drying; air-tight storage in Swedish conditions; yeast as a biotechnical complement; and some results obtained.
