บทคัดย่อ
The effects of K fertilizer rate on changes in the dry matter, soluble solids, titratable acidity and pH during storage of tomato fruits were examined. Fruits were harvested at 2 stages of ripeness: breaker and firm red. Dry matter and soluble solids content increased as K rate increased. There were no significant differences in pH and titratable acidity at different K rates. Titratable acidity was lower in fruits harvested at the firm red stage and decreased during storage.
