บทคัดย่อ

Storage of onion and salient features of post-harvest technology.

The need for improved storage structures for onions in India is discussed, including some of the problems of deterioration and losses associated with traditional storage practices. Appropriate cultural methods and postharvest technologies for improving the shelf life and storage quality of onions are briefly described.
