บทคัดย่อ

Effect of citrus ring spot virus on quality of Kinnow mandarin fruits.

The effect of citrus ringspot virus (CRSV) on the quality of Kinnow mandarin fruits was investigated in Abohar, Indian Punjab. A decrease in fruit weight, size, juice, granulation, TSS, TSS/acid ratio, vitamin C and reducing sugars content was observed in the fruits of CRSV-infected plants. However, in such fruits, shape index, peel thickness, peel and rag percentage increased compared with healthy ones.
