บทคัดย่อ

Current status of postharvest of Citrus fruits.

Almost 90% of Citrus harvested in Spain is exported to other EU countries. The general postharvest treatment of fruits is described, with special attention to differences between countries regarding allowed fungicide residues. Colour changes in different cultivars are also described, as well as recommended temperature and storage period.
