บทคัดย่อ

Storage and processing of horticultural products.

A high potential for horticultural production in Turkey shows the potential for development of cold storage and further development of storage facilities in Turkey. The main obstacles to the development of modern storage and cold chain systems are the lower level of agricultural productivity in some areas, postharvest losses, a low level of standardization, and the lack of marketing channels. For development of efficient producer organizations there is a need for institutional improvement in marketing and training.
