บทคัดย่อ
Ethylene production rates in Liaofu and Starkrimson apple fruits were high and peaked early compared with those of Fuji during postharvest storage for up to 60 days. Liaofu and Starkrimson fruit flesh softened faster than that of Fuji. Leakage of Ca2+ and K+ increased gradually from fruit flesh of Liaofu and Starkrimson; no such changes were observed in Fuji. Ca2+ leakage from Liaofu and Starkrimson was increased following treatment with 10 mM MgSO4.
