บทคัดย่อ
The second highest production of paddy in Turkey is in the Black Sea region. The quality of rice crop depends on the variety used, suitable agronomy methods, harvesting time, postharvest technologies used and storage facilities. Since imports of cheaper rice are increasing there is a need for improving the productivity of the rice grown in the Black Sea region. There is also a need to develop the appropriate varieties to cater for the demand of the clientele.
