บทคัดย่อ
Correlations between external and internal quality attributes were studied of lettuce variety Libusa, radish variety Nevadar and carrot variety Nanthia. Gas exchange, ethylene production, chromameter and chlorophyll-fluorescence were examined for their suitability to entirely describe the postharvest quality dynamics. It is concluded that non-destructive methods can continuously measure several quality traits and summarize them in a quality index.
