Effects of temperature conditioning on postharvest physiology and quality of Satsuma mandarin fruit.

The effects of storage temperature (5-7, 20 or 30 deg C) on quality, respiration, catalase and superoxide dismutase activities, malondialdehyde and K+ contents were investigated in satsuma fruits.
