บทคัดย่อ

Applications of chlorophyll fluorescence techniques in postharvest physiology.

Chlorophyll fluorescence measurements and applications of chlorophyll fluorescence in the evaluation of chilling injury, detection of heat stress, as an indication of atmospheric stress, in the evaluation of ripening and senescence, prediction of shelf-life, quality assessment of ornamentals, prediction of superficial scald development, and detection of water stress are reviewed.
