บทคัดย่อ

Electrical properties of apple cultivars during ripening and storage.

Changes in electrical properties during ripening and storage were studied in fruits of the apple cultivars Jonnee, Jonagold, Jonathan M41, Goldenspur and Mutsu. Based on ripening observations and maturity changes in September, the fruits were harvested on 3 different dates and were stored for 5, 6 or 7 months. Hayden's low frequency RC model was used to characterize the fruits. The results suggest that these properties, together with other indices, can be used to determine optimum harvesting dates and storage durations.
