บทคัดย่อ

The effect of pre-harvest practice on the microbiological quality of berries and vegetables.

 

The association between fungi and produce quality is discussed with particular reference to cultivation and storage techniques used in Finland. Fungi causing quality losses, and damage to roots and stems, and fungi in harvested plant parts are briefly considered.
