บทคัดย่อ

Harvest and postharvest conservation of passion fruit.

Physicochemical characteristics and the composition of fruits of Passiflora edulis and P. alata are described. Notes are given on harvest and postharvest handling. Classification and packing of fruits is outlined. Finally, conditions for postharvest preservation of fruits are discussed.
