บทคัดย่อ

Recent advances in the application of low and high technology approaches in the reduction of postharvest losses in the bananas and plantain food commodity systems are reviewed. Particular attention is paid to the organizational structures under which both approaches can be made relevant in the prevailing banana and plantain marketing systems in the region.
