บทคัดย่อ

Equipment required for potato transport and storage.

Machinery used in transporting potatoes from the field into stores and within stores is discussed with an emphasis on limiting damage. Various methods of storing loose tubers and tubers in pallets are listed. Methods of natural and assisted store ventilation are reviewed, including manual and computerised systems. Postharvest treatment and potato waste processing are briefly discussed.
