บทคัดย่อ

Dutch Asparagus are under strong international pressure.

Market competition from North Germany and Greece is discussed. Labour shortage during harvesting (due to legislation) is the main constraint for further development of Asparagus growing in the Netherlands. Differences in postharvest systems between countries are briefly outlined.
