บทคัดย่อ

Effects of dichlorprop and GA3 on micro-structure of 'Tsugaru' apple fruit cells during storage.

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of preharvest applications of dichlorprop (2,4-DP) and GA3 (gibberellic acid) on cell structure of Tsugaru apples. Dichlorprop-treated fruits had more shrink flesh cells and weaker cohesiveness between cells resulted from breakdown of middle lamella than other fruits. Controlled atmosphere-stored fruits had firmer cell integrity than other fruits.
