บทคัดย่อ

Harnessing the potential of horticulture.

Data are presented on the production and productivity of fruits, vegetables, mushroom, coconuts, cashews, spices, cocoa, arecanut, and on floriculture in India. Strategies for the integrated development of these crops, as well as of medicinal and aromatic plants, and beekeeping; post-harvest management, marketing and exports; and the use of plastics in horticulture, are briefly outlined.
